Timing & Results
Many clients feel immediate relief and clarity after a session. External results take longer, often surfacing within 3–6 months, as the environment aligns with the inner shift. Results requiring significant environmental changes may naturally take longer to materialize as the natural cycle of the business unfolds. Signs of progress reliably follow once change has taken root.
To give your system time to integrate and real-life changes to surface, sessions are best spaced at least three months apart.
